Unit Makes Excessive Noise

Suggested Solutions:

Blower wheel may be contacting cone – realign or replace the wheel
Fan isolators may be loose or off – replace isolator

Unit Will Not Start

Suggested Solutions:

Make sure the power cord is properly connected into the unit and the wall outlet
Inspect supply grille for blockage and remove any obstructions
Check the fuse on the unit and replace if blown
Power supply may be faulty – check breaker box

Unit Has Insufficient Airflow

Suggested Solutions:

Check the system for obstructions and if any exist, remove them
Replace the filters if they are clogged or full
If you need replacements but don’t have any, order new filters
