Unit Makes Excessive Noise
Suggested Solutions:
- Blower wheel may be contacting cone - realign or replace the wheel
- Fan isolators may be loose or off - replace isolator
Unit Will Not Start
Suggested Solutions:
- Make sure the power cord is properly connected into the unit and the wall outlet
- Inspect supply grille for blockage and remove any obstructions
- Check the fuse on the unit and replace if blown
- Power supply may be faulty - check breaker box
Unit Has Insufficient Airflow
Suggested Solutions:
- Check the system for obstructions and if any exist, remove them
- Replace the filters if they are clogged or full
If you need replacements but don't have any, order new filters
Unit Has Excessive Airflow
Suggested Solutions:
- Make sure the filter(s) are properly installed
